Charlotte Mears: I still don’t know if Jermain Defoe cheated on me

WAG has doubts over his relationship with Danielle Lloyd

Charlotte Mears split with fiancé Jermain Defoe in November but he was soon loved-up with Danielle Lloyd.

Chaz and Jermain were together for 9 months and she can't help wondering if he fell for Danielle, 24, before they broke up.

‘It’s tough being a WAG when girls throw themselves at your man,’ she says.

‘Now he’s with Danielle. I’d like to think he wasn’t seeing her before we finished but I just don't know. It's been a difficult couple of months for me.'

Despite her doubts, Charlotte, 21, is still fond of her old flame, 25, and has the £63,000 engagement ring he gave her tucked away somewhere safe.

‘The ring was perfect,’ she tells the News Of The World.

‘I’ve still got it. I keep it at home in a safe place but I’d never wear it now, it’s just a souvenir of the time I had with Jem.’
