On test The Universal Contour Wrap Home Kit, £49.95
Charmian’s verdict ‘This is a great salon treatment and to be able to try it at home is fantastic. Basically, you exfoliate the areas you want to treat, such as legs and stomach, apply the clay, wrap them in bandages and leave to work for an hour. The only problem I found was that you do drip clay everywhere.’
DIY vs PSE (Pay Someone Else)? ‘When I had this as a salon treatment I lost 9in from all over my body, but I only lost 3in doing the treatment myself. The at-home kit costs the same as one salon body wrap and you can probably get six treatments out of one kit.’
