Amazingly, I’ve managed to get away with not using an eye make-up remover for years. Until now! I kept waking up in the morning with panda eyes and couldn’t work out why. But then I realised that I’d been loading my lashes with mascara to get this autumn’s heavy lash look and my usual facial cleanser wasn’t getting all the mascara off. Time to take action and, after trying possibly every eye make-up remover on sale, I’ve found three that work (and don’t sting).
Simple Cleansing Eye Make-Up Remover Pads, £3.68 for 30
Bobbi Brown Eye Makeup Remover, £13.50 for 100ml
Great for getting off waterproof mascara – Klorane Wild Cornflower Waterproof Sensitive Eye
Make-Up Remover, £5.95 for 100ml
