When Ashley Cole meets Cheryl Cole at Christmas, they'll both be wondering how much the other has really changed - inside and out.

And Cheryl is looking sexier than ever with a real Hollywood pout.

Dr Aamer Khan of the Harley Street Skin Clinic says: 'Cheryl has naturally full lips but it looks as if she may have had filler injected towards the outer corners of her lips, resulting in an exaggerated look.'

In 2010 Cheryl lips also appeared fuller as she jetted to Germany, sparking speculation she'd had collagen injections. 

But a spokesman for the Girls Aloud star said she has 'definitely not' had the procedure.

And in May this year, Cheryl was forced to deny she's had a boob job after she posed for pictures in New York in a revealing white dress.

Cheryl, 28, has always insisted she'd come clean if she ever had work done. 

'I wouldn't deny it if I had cosmetic surgery. I wouldn't just come out with big boobs and say, "No, I haven't had an operation!'" she's said.

'I think imperfections are sexy anyway, I honestly do. If everyone looked perfect with a perfect face and perfect boobs, it wouldn't be sexy as it's not real life.'
