X Factor is back, and with a new panel of judges. And one things for sure - we all heart new judge Gary Barlow.

The Take That singer has slipped into Simon Cowell's seat with ease - but thankfully not his high-waisted trousers.

Gary was looking hot, hot, hot on the opening auditions show. Whether the rumours of Botox are true or not, he's definitely improved with age.

Gary shot to fame with Take That more than 20 years ago but was often overlooked by the millions of fans, who lusted after other members such as Robbie Williams and Mark Owen.

Maybe it was his ‘puppy fat' or his dodgy haircuts back in the early nineties but Gary was often seen as the talent behind Take That rather than the heartthrob.

But X Factor has changed all that - forget Team Kelly Rowland or Team Tulisa - us NOW girls are on Team Gorgeous Gary!
