Jennifer Aniston to launch signature perfume

The actress joins the growing number of celebs with their own fragrance

Jennifer Aniston is thrilled about launching her debut perfume

Sarah Jessica Parker, Halle Berry and Jennifer Lopez all have one and now it's Jennifer Aniston's turn to launch a fragrance. The 41-year old actress is to expand her brand and join the beauty hall of fame with her first perfume.

Jennifer, currently promoting her new movie The Bounty Hunter, revealed on London's Capital Breakfast Show: 'I've been working on this fragrance for over a year - when I was asked, I don't think they really expected me to be so picky. But you've got to have it smell right.'

Indeed you do and the name has to be right, too. After considering all the suggestions, Jen decided that 'Aniston' and 'Echo' didn't make the grade and she finally settled on Lola Vie.

Jen shows off her sense of humour with the name Lola Vie, which translates loosely as 'laughing at life' in French. Perhaps, too, Jen is having the last laugh at her critics, as no doubt the new fragrance will sell out in seconds.

Jen has been working on her new scent with the Falic Group, which has also just
launched Eva Longoria's debut scent, Eva by Eva Longoria, which is out later this spring.
