She trades her Twilight boyfriend for a rock star at the premiere of her hot new movie!

If her latest movie role is anything to go by, Kristen Stewart loves rock'n'roll. The Twilight star plays rocker Joan Jett in new flick The Runaways, a biopic of Joan's 70s all-girl rock band.

At the movie's New York premiere, Kristen sparkled on the red carpet wearing a metallic Emilio Pucci minidress. But she was minus her hottest accessory: Twilight boyfriend Robert Pattinson.

With R-Pattz across the pond in London for the premiere of his new film Remember Me, Kristen's companion for the night was rock chick Joan Jett herself.

In the movie, Kristen takes on Joan's signature style, with jet-black razor-cut hair, plenty of black kohl eyeliner and kick-ass coral lipstick.

She completes Joan's look with a sexy pair of RayBan aviators, no doubt worn to camouflage the effects all those late nights on tour.

Judging by pics like these, the movie – which co-stars Dakota Fanning as Joan's bandmate Cherie Currie – is set to be the most stylish flick of 2010 when it's released later this year.
