Amanda Holden has gone off Botox.

The Britain's Got Talent judge wants to let her face age naturally. 

'I haven't had Botox for 8 or 9 months and when I'm out in LA, I think about it even less,' says Amanda, 38.

‘It puts me off when I see people out there. Everyone looks the same and it's quite grotesque. It was something I used when I was in sunnier climates in South Africa.'

Amanda has also vowed never to have plastic surgery.

'I have a skin condition which means I scar easily,' she adds. 'So unless it was really, really necessary, it's not something I'd opt for.'
