Georgia May Jagger named new face of Rimmel

Model to front 2010 make-up campaign with Coco Rocha

Georgia May Jagger has been announced as the new face of Rimmel London.

The 17-year-old daughter of Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger will be joined by Canadian fashion model Coco Rocha to front the 2010 campaign.

‘I am thrilled to be the new face of Rimmel and to be representing such a fantastic brand,' says Georgia.

The pair will join the likes of Kate Moss, Lily Cole and Sophie Ellis-Bextor as representatives of the make-up brand.

'Georgia May Jagger and Coco Rocha were obvious choices to represent the Rimmel brand,' says Stephen Mormoris of Coty Beauty.

‘Their modern beauty and aspirational styles are complementary to the strong personalities of our existing ambassadors and will help Rimmel to continue to broaden its image and extraordinary growth worldwide.'

Georgia May has already appeared in adverts for Hudson Jeans and recently featured on the front cover of Vogue Magazine.

She will be following in the footsteps of her mum Jerry Hall and sister Elizabeth Jagger, who are both successful models.
