Rihanna steps out in an Alexander Wang strapless mini-dress as she leaves an apartment building in New York in May. Paris stays in the shade in the same black and cream chiffon outfit on The Late Show With David Letterman in New York in June.

Rhianna looks so rock chic in this outfit while paris hilton looks more glamorous. I will have to give this vote Rhianna. Her hair style accentuates the whole outfit!.
