Claire Sweeney is amazing for doing this, it is so inspiring to see celebrities showing thier true selves. I would love to see a follow up programme about how she lost the weight really!!! I am the same size and height of Claire when she was at her biggest and it was a wake up call to see what that looks like as i was so unmotivated to lose weight. This programme has given me a boost that I needed, I hope I stick to it!! thanks Claire x

Thank you Claire. You have rescued me. I lost 8st 8lbs through dieting and exercise.At 5'2" I went from 17st 4lbs to 8st 10lbs but as I finished DIETING at Christmas I too have gained 2st over 6weeks. I have now started back on a healthy eating and exercise plan.
