The ratings system is ridiculous as the lowest star value denotes 'not bad'! So if one thought the picture was grotesque and repulsive which it is, it is impossible to find a rating value suitable. I am very disappointed by your cowardice in failing to allow viewers to respond truthfully. If you can't design an effective rating system which is fair - better to do without one altogether.
