A technical hitch causes this week's X Factor to start 15 minutes late.
When the show finally begins, Dermot O'Leary gets into the spirit of the Queen and Lady Gaga themed evening with a dance to Gaga's Paparazzi.
It's revealed that either Amelia Lily, Jonjo Kerr, James Michael or 2 Shoes will be announced as axed contestant Frankie Cocozza's replacement later on in the show.
