Amanda Holden first had Botox injections in 2007 to smooth lines in her forehead - but stopped in 2009..

'I don't know a single person who has not had something done,' she said.

'I agree with Simon Cowell. It's like cleaning your teeth – maintenance.'

Now she has a different view.

'It puts me off when I see people out there,' she insists. 'Everyone looks the same and it's quite grotesque.'
