To start the celebration, the Duchess of Cambridge wore a pillarbox-red Alexander McQueen dress for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee pageant on Sunday, teamed with a matching red hat designed by Sylvia Fletcher for royal milliners James Lock & Co and LK Bennett nude shoes.
The next day, Kate went back to her high street roots and slipped on a £150 blue lace Whistles dress from last season for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee concert at Buckingham Palace.
The Duchess finished the weekend on a style high wearing another Alexander McQueen frock in off-white lace, again paired with her trusty nude LK Bennett shoes, for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee thanksgiving service.
Overall we think Kate looked simply elegant and we thoroughly enjoyed her red, white and blue homage to the British flag.
