Kate first wore the dress at the Royal Sovereign's Lunch on 18 May
The Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton is well on her way to becoming Her Royal Thriftiness as she steps out in the same frock twice in as many weeks.

Kate first wore this pretty pleated pastel pink Emilia Wickstead dress when she stepped out with her husband Prince William at the Royal Sovereign's Lunch at Windsor Castle.

Then Kate stepped out in the £1,200 dress for a second time at a Diamond Jubilee Garden Party at Buckingham Palace - although she did change her accessories, like every modern girl would.

Kate opted for her favourite nude shade of shoes at both events. At the lunch she wore satin heels but changed to leather courts for the garden party - much better suited to the grass. She completed her look with a Jane Corbett lace-trimmed saucer hat and a nude box clutch.

Kate is fast becoming a girl after our own hearts as she bucks the trend for wearing an outfit only once like her grandmother-in-law the Queen.
