An advert of David Beckham in his pants has been branded 'offensive' and 'irresponsible' by 3 unhappy members of the public.
The trio reported the image, which promotes 36-year-old footballer David's range of H&M underwear, to the Advertising Standards Agency.
But the ASA think it's 'unlikely to cause offence' and is 'mildly sexual at best'.
Furthermore, H&M stress the ad was 'designed to highlight 'the function and fit of the garment'.
But model and WAG Abbey Clancy - married to Peter Crouch, 31 - also wasn't a huge fan of David's stripped-back promo.
'I saw those pictures but I thought it was Ricky Gervais when I first saw it!' says Abbey, 26.
'He looks good, but not as good as my Pete in pants.'
