I thought I would throw a spanner in the works

Forget non-stick frying pans and cutlery sets – QVC has moved onwards and upwards and now sells some of the best jewellery around.

We're not talking costume jewellery that falls apart on the 4th wear, QVC now have exciting cool brands including Disney Couture, Butler and Wilson and Kenneth Jay (worn by the likes of Paris Hiltonand Nicole Richie).
