Christina Ricci: I love betting on horses

Hollywood star got into the gee-gees in Australia

Christina Ricci was at the grand opening party for the Palazzo in Las Vegas on Thursday night and felt right at home.

'I've learned to love gambling,' Christina Ricci told People.com.

'I was in Australia for a few months and gambling is like a national pastime there, so I learned to love betting on horses.

'Now I even put in a few football bets and I'm kind of obsessed and into it. Gambling is pretty good.'

In Sin City, blackjack was 27-year-old Christina's game of choice and she did well.

The gee-gees aren't quite so succesful.

"I have no strategy (with horses) and I never pick winners,' she says. 'But it's still fun.'

Mmmm...giving money to bookmakers to make them rich instead of spending it on some fab shoes or a holiday in the sun. Well, if that's what turns her on.
