Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz have a baby boy

Couple names him Bronx Mowgli

Ashlee Simpson & Pete Wentz wed in May

Ashlee Simpson has given birth to a boy.

The singer, 24, went into labour last night with husband Pete Wentz, 29, by her side.

They have named the newborn Bronx Mowgli Wentz.

‘Ashlee, Pete and baby Bronx are all healthy and happy,’ a rep for the couple tells People.

‘[They] thank everyone for their well wishes.’

Earlier this week, Ashlee’s older sister Jessica said they were considering having the labour induced.
