David Gest: I drink in same bar as Amy Winehouse

I'm A Celebrity star enjoys Camden scene

David Gest has revealed that he frequents the same North London bar as Amy Winehouse.

Wacky David, 54, is a huge admirer of the troubled singer and enjoys the same intimate social scene.

'I hang out in Camden Town, at this bar Amy Winehouse hangs out in,' he says.

'My friends are all 22 or 24. I'm living through a second childhood, and loving every effing minute of it.'

David, who had a stormy marriage to Liza Minelli, claims he's enjoying his new lifestyle too much to think about settling down again.

'I'd really rather go for a drink with Matt [Willis], go dancing in Camden, listen to the Kaiser Chiefs,' he tells the Independent.

Let's just hope the I'm A Celebrity star doesn't become too much like Amy - the idea of David Gest sporting a beehive and tiny hotpants is terrifying...
