Gemma Merna has three dogs

Gemma Merna has revealed the secret to her svelte figure - her dogs.

'I have three very young dogs and I'm always running around after them,' Gemma, 25, tells Now. 


'I'm finding the gym is a breeze at the moment compared to looking after all of 
them!'

Gemma reckons she's lucky she doesn't put on weight easily. 

'I used to work out all the time,' she adds.

'But 
I find that the older I get, the less I have to 
do to stay slim.'
