Who needs a handbag when you have a posse of paparazzi?

What's a girl to do when it's that time of the month and she's forgotten to plan ahead?

Britney Spears has the perfect solution - send a photographer to fetch some tampons.

After recently being snapped in a swanky hotel with food all over her face - and often wearing no knickers - there wasn't really an embarrassment factor.

Britney, 25, had just stopped off at LA sandwich bar Quizno's to pick up a spot of lunch when she realised her predicament.

A male snapper soon came to her aid and she emerged from the Ladies looking relieved.
