
Ingredients
Small dash of water
Handful of chopped apples, raisins or any other fruit of your choice
A stick of cinnamon
Bowl of cooked oats
Splash of maple syrup or fresh cream
Method
1 Put the water, fruit and cinnamon in a pan and simmer for five minutes.
2 Mix the fruit and juice with the cooked oats.
3 Add the maple syrup or cream to taste.
