Ingredients
6 eggs
Butter
Milk
Method
1 Take 6 eggs (or whatever number you want!) and crack them into a bowl.
2 Have a frying pan standing by with a large amount of butter in it. Add a generous amount of milk to the eggs. Heat the butter and whisk the eggs at the same time.
3 When the butter is melted and very hot in the frying pan and the eggs are thoroughly whisked, pour them into the frying pan immediately after whisking and stir with a wooden spoon. They will be done very quickly because they're in a frying pan.
You should really have, in another frying pan, some bread frying, but that's sometimes too difficult for me.
