Oscar-winner Emma shares her recipe for a dessert that's actually good for you
Thursday, 1 June 2006
Ingredients
Fruit yogurt
Berries (raspberries, strawberries or blueberries)
Chopped nuts
Crunchy breakfast cereal
Method
Take one of those fruity yogurt things. In a glass put in a layer of any berries you fancy. Then a layer of yogurt. Then a layer of chopped nuts. Then more yogurt. Then a layer of crunchy breakfast cereal. That's it. And it's healthy, too.
