Ingredients
1 can dolphin-friendly tuna in brine
6 spring onions, cleaned and diced
1 can sweetcorn
1tsp vinegar
3tbsp salad cream
Salt and black pepper
Packet of pasta swirls
Method
1 Open the can of tuna, then drain excess fluid. Place in a bowl along with the spring onions, sweetcorn, vinegar and salad cream. Add salt and black pepper and mix together.
2 Boil the pasta swirls until tender, drain and add to the tuna mixture. Mix all together, adding more salad cream if necessary.
3 Serve with crisp green salad, new boiled potatoes and fresh crusty bread.
