Robson Green

Ingredients

2 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
2tbsp vegetable oil
4tbsp dry white wine
Cornflour, to thicken
425ml/¾pt milk
575ml/1pt prawns
450g/1lb cod
450ml/1lb salmon
115g/4oz Cheddar cheese or however much you like, grated (optional)

Method

1 Fry the garlic and onion in the oil and wine for about 2 mins. Add the cornflour to make a roux. Add the milk and simmer until it thickens.
2 Add the seafood and cook for about 2 mins on a low heat.
3 At the same time, cook the tagliatelle in a pan of salted water for 3-4 mins. Drain the pasta, add to the seafood, sprinkle over the cheese if desired, and enjoy.
