Method
1 Take two big slices of wholemeal bread, preferably with bits in, margarine to spread on them and lots of avocado, tomato, cucumber and cress (alfalfa sprouts, too, if if you live in one of the three places that sells them!)
2 Put it all together. (Put the bread on the outside.)
3 Put mayonnaise and salt and pepper in the middle (vegan mayonnaise can be purchased from health food stores).
4 EAT IT.
