
Ingredients
2 small onions
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 small chilli pepper
1 stalk celery
1 clove garlic, crushed
Olive or vegetable oil
Pasta
Grated or cubed strong cheese
1tbsp parsley
1tbsp thyme
Green salad
Sliced tomatoes
Method
1 Chop the onions, peppers and celery. Mix with the garlic and cook in a small amount of oil.
2 When cooked, add to the cooked pasta (penne, macaroni, etc) and keep hot.
3 Just before serving, add some grated or cubed strong cheese and the parsley and thyme. Season well and serve hot on a bed of salad and sliced tomatoes.
