Serves 10
Ingredients
2 226g/8oz cans quartered artichokes
185ml/6½fl oz mayonnaise
150g/5oz soy Parmesan cheese
1tsp paprika
Garlic powder, to taste
Method
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4.
2 Drain the liquid from the artichokes, mash, then combine with the other ingredients. Scoop into a casserole dish and bake for 30 mins. Sprinkle paprika on top before serving.
3 Serve with chips, toasted and cut pitta bread or sliced fresh vegetables.
