Paris is on the lookout for a new BFF

Paris Hilton has hit back at rumours that she's moving next door to best friend Nicole Richie.

Paris, 27, says she's baffled by reports claiming she's upset Nicole, 27, and her fiancé Joel Madden, 29, by buying a house near theirs in Glendale, California.

‘Page Six reported that I've moved into the neighbourhood and that Nicole is upset by this… SO NOT TRUE,’ she says.

'I have my own home in Beverly Hills – that's where I
live. Where do they come up with
this?’

The socialite says she's fed up defending herself against all the lies that are written about her.

‘I'm sick of Page Six and other gossip sites printing completely false stories,' she says.

'I think it's fair for you to know the truth.'
