Chantelle Houghton has had a boob job - boosting her small breasts to an impressive DD cup.

The Celebrity Big Brother winner - who's been planning the surgery for months - was snapped emerging from a Transform clinic in North London wearing a tight-fitting hoody to show off her new curves.

'She obviously wants the whole world to see she's back to her best by wearing that skin-tight top,' an onlooker tells the News Of The World.

The ditzy blonde, 24 – who is said to have bagged £1 million pounds since leaving the BB house – reportedly spent £4,000 on the surgery.

A spokesman for the star says she's recovering well and is over the moon with her new figure.
