The heiress's boobs are making a big statement

Celebutante Paris Hilton once said of her lack of cleavage: 'I like being flat. I think it's hot – I never have to wear a bra.'
But the 26-year-old heiress appears to have changed her mind and had a boob job.
Paris was partying in Hollywood hotspot Parc last week, where she was completely upstaged by her own cleavage. Wearing a low-cut minidress, she displayed a rack Dolly Parton would be proud of as all eyes focused on her impressive endowments.
'No push-up bra on Earth can do that,' said one onlooker. 'And if there is one, Paris should get shares in the company!'
Reports say that Paris has wanted bigger boobs for years and even begged her father Rick for a set when she was a teen – but he said no because he thought it'd cheapen her look. He had no idea that one day she'd star in an illicit home video, did he?
