Presenter reveals the secrets of her beauty regime

As Holly Willoughby makes herself at home on This Morning, it's impossible not to notice how effortlessly chic and feminine she looks.

Her glossy locks and clear skin make it hard to believe she has a young baby at home and a hectic work schedule.

So how does she manage to stay so glam with such a busy lifestyle and early wake-up calls?

‘I keep a box of make-up wipes in my bedside table for those nights when I really can't be bothered!, she says.

‘My beauty routine in the morning is pretty simple - I use an exfoliant and moisturiser.

‘I've got my make-up and hair routine down to a fine art so I can get out of the house in 30 minutes if I have to.'
