Alexa Chung: I had olives stuck in my nose

Alexa Chung is trying to crack America

Alexa Chung is no longer a big fan of olives.

The TV presenter once 'ate her weight' in them at a bar because she was so hungry and washed them down with whisky.

‘I think something happened with the two and they turned to poison,’ she recalls.

‘I didn’t stop puking. Disgusting. Olives stuck in my nose.

'I was like “Wow! I was really swallowing those things down whole?”’

Alexa, 25, admits she's still traumatised by the experience.

‘I’ll never be able to look one in the face again,’ she tells the Times magazine.

Alexa is dating Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner, 23.
