In her new style book That Extra Half An Inch, La Beckham reveals a few handy hints to keeping your skin in tip top condition.
She says: 'I am religious about keeping my skin clean, making sure I always take my make-up off at the end of the night - Johnson's Baby Wipes, £6.49, are great for that.
'I avoid overly oily moisturisers and use a combination of products by Dermalogica, ReVive, The Body Shop and Jo Malone - they do a great Vitamin E Gel, £62 for 30ml.
'Another of my staple products is Elizabeth Arden's Eight Hour Cream, £19. It's the best thing in the world for chapped lips, elbows and knees.'
'Don't forget to moisturise your neck, too. I like La Prairie Cellular Neck Cream, £79.
'But the most important thing for your skin is to protect it from the sun, get lots of sleep and drink loads of water.'
