Dancing On Ice’s Heidi on her super-toned new figure

She's one third of the Sugababes, one half of a skating duo - and a whole lot of nervous wreck.

Dancing On Ice star Heidi Range admits: ‘I'm getting better as the weeks go on but it's really nerve-wracking.'

On the plus side 5ft 2in Heidi, 28 - who revealed in December that she'd split from fiancé Dave Berry - says she's lost a stone from being flung around the ice by partner Andrei Lipanov.

‘I'm not complaining - I've never been able to shift it before,' she grins.

'I'm a size 6-8 now. I was a size 8 on top anyway but a 10 on the bottom.

'Now I'm 7½st and my waist's about 24in. My stomach and arms have got really toned too, from holding myself in position on the lifts.'

Heidi's clothes are too big for her - but she'll need them all if she goes back to her normal size after the show.

'My sister's been raiding my wardrobe,' she says, 'so if I put it back on I'll be like: "Erm can I have me old clothes back please?"'
