Nicola McLean regrets taking part in this year's Celebrity Big Brother.

The model and WAG, who came 7th on the reality show and exited to loud boos, says her experience in the house was far from pleasant. 

'It was horrible in there, everything was horrible,' says Nicola, 30.

'Honestly, it was probably the worst decision of my life to go in there.' 

Mum-of-two Nicola admits she only signed up as a contestant for the money and found her time on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! back in 2008 much more enjoyable.

She'd advise anyone to chose Bushtucker Trials over CBB ghetto hell. 

'Please take my advice, not a lot of people take my advice, but go and eat bugs in the jungle,' she told Holly Willoughby, 30, on ITV1's This Morning.

'Do not go into the Big Brother house!'
