Top American chat shows all want to secure Pippa Middleton for her first ever interview.
Barbara Walters and Oprah Winfrey are both desperate to sign up Duchess Of Cambridge Kate's little sister, who'll soon start promoting her new book about hosting the perfect party.
'The big guns see Pippa as the big-name interview of 2012,' a TV source tells the Sunday Mirror.
'Oprah and Barbara Walters are hot on the case.'
TV bosses are trying their hardest to secure an estimated £300,000 deal for Pippa through her publishers Penguin.
The 28-year-old first caught the world's attention as 30-year-old Kate's chief bridesmaid last April and has since been featured on a number of American magazine covers.
She was even honoured with her own television programme, Crazy About Pippa, back in August.
'She has an X Factor charisma, even a star quality,' said an expert on the US show.
'There was almost a gasp across the world, who's that girl?'
