Former Doctor Who David Tennant makes on-screen daughter his wife

Georgia Moffett and David Tennant got engaged in January

David Tennant married fiancée Georgia Moffett on Friday in a private evening ceremony in front of family and friends at a secret London location.

After the quiet nuptials, David, 40, and Georgia, 27, celebrated their wedding last night at a New Year's Eve party.

The couple, whose daughter was born in April, met when playing father and daughter in Doctor Who in 2008.

Georgia's real father is Peter Davidson, who also played the BBC Timelord in the 1980s. She has a son from a previous relationship.
