Contestant reveals her surgery secret

Kitty Brucknell admits that she went under the knife to get the perfect body

X Factor wannabe Kitty Brucknell, who made the judges sit up and take notice with her quirky style at the auditions, is rightly proud of her slim, trim figure.

But Now can reveal the secret behind her toned body - a £3,000 lipo operation that helped  her to drop more than a stone and two dress sizes.

Kitty, 26, had 6ltr of fat sucked from her bottom, stomach, hips, back, inner thighs, outer thighs and knees.

She says: ‘I read about liposuction treatments in Tunisia and how I could drop up to four dress sizes in two hours.

'I didn't have to think twice.'
