Josie Gibson is on a self-improvement drive.

When we meet up with her to chat about plus-sized clothing range Curvissa, she nervously announces: ‘I've just had my lips done.

'What do you think?'

Then the Big Brother star erupts into giggles as she catches her pouting reflection in the mirror.

‘I was so scared I'd end up like a fish, I only asked them to put a tiny bit in,' she says.

‘Do they look swollen?'

Cue more giggles as Josie sips a lime and soda through a straw, faking an Angelina Jolie-esque pout.

It's that honesty that's made 26-year-old, size 16 Josie one of Big Brother's most popular contestants.

'I've been wanting my lips done for ages,' she explains. 'I think they injected collagen. 

'It lasts for a few months and I'll definitely get it done again.

'I'd like a brace too - I want to get my teeth sorted out. They're a bit goofy.'
