Lydia Bright has split with James 'Arg' Argent

TOWIE's Lydia Bright is horrified by how much ex-boyfriendJames ‘Arg' Argent has changed recently.

The 22-year-old was caught out kissing a girl in Marbella in April and snogging law student Ebru Sanlee last month.

It's behaviour Lydia would expect from Lauren Goodger's fiancé Mark Wright, but not her own man.

'James only started doing stuff like this about six months after the show started,' Lydia, 20, tells us.

'For Lauren and Mark, it's always been up and down.

'Lauren's had to deal with huge relationship blows.

'She's a really strong girl and has always managed to pull herself through.

'I admire her - I couldn't cope with it.'
