Melody Hossaini was booted off The Apprentice last night.
The 26-year-old director of a global youth consultancy business failed to impress Sir Alan Sugar who found it hard to work out what she actually did.
Team Venture and Team Logic were tasked with making a profit on wholesale goods, restocking with whatever products sold best
'This is all about courage,' Lord Sugar told the contestants.
Venture won with assets of £751, against Logic's £728, with charming Jim Eastwood doing well on nodding dogs, even though prickly project manager Natasha Scribbins didn't reinvest enough and squabbled with Susan Ma telling her: 'I felt like I was having to manage a child all day. I couldn't trust you to get on with the job.'
'It's not a great win, there's no balls, no guts, no reinvestment,' Lord Sugar told the team.
'I had a treat lined up to drive around Goodwood in some vintage cars but you can forget that.'
So Logic's trio - Melody, Helen Milligan and Tom Pellereau - faced him in the boardroom and tried to hang onto their places.
Lord Sugar was shocked about the 'coup in the kitchen' with Helen wanting to take over from Melody as project manager, but he understood why.
'You were suppose to smell what was selling,' he told her and her team-mates.
'The person going is not made for me and on that basis, it is with regret, Melody, you're fired!'
The final 5 remain to fight it out next week.
