Phillip Schofield has joined the new online craze of planking.
The This Morning presenter Tweeted a photo of himself trying out the prank - which involves lying flat with your hands by your side in an unlikely public place - across a chair in the TV studios today.
'It was only a matter of time before planking founds it's way into the the This Morning studio!' Phillip, 48, Tweeted, before posting a photo.
'My leaping Salmon plank.'
Phillip even persuaded co-host Jenni Falconer to lie on the back of a sofa and do a 'very rare pregnant reverse plank.'
The phenomenon, which requires fans to stay horizontally rigid and completely expressionless, proved controversial recently when an experimenting youngster fell to his death from a balcony in Brisbane.
Nonetheless celebs including Chris Brown, Kristen Bell and even chef Gordon Ramsay can't stop themselves giving it a go.
'17 knots and #Planking towards Newport Beach !!,' Tweeted Gordon, 44, along with a photo of him lying flat on a boat's railings.
