Gordon Ramsay's film debut went straight to DVD in America - and took just £121 in its first week in the UK.

Love's Kitchen - a romantic comedy about an up-and-coming chef in London - was shown at 5 UK cinemas and the meagre takings suggest just 17 people went to see it.

Gordon, 44, portrays himself in the flick as he encourages Rob Haley, played by Dougray Scott, to start up his own restaurant.

The movie was panned as 'a banquet of awfulness'.

'Worst film this year,' Tweeted one movie fan.

Don't give up your day job, Gordon.
