Kym Marsh hits back at 'bitter' Twitter critics who want her to breastfeed baby Polly

Kym Marsh is embroiled in a Twitter war with users who say she's 'lazy' and 'vain' for not breastfeeding new baby daughter Polly.

The Coronation Street actress, who's engaged to Hollyoaks actor Jamie Lomas, 31, has been criticised for caring more about protecting her surgically-enhanced breasts than the development of her little girl.

'Ha ha! oh shut up you absolute idiots! You know nothing about anything so go be bitter elsewhere! Jealousy!' Kym, 35, Tweeted on Sunday.

'I stayed in my bed for three months to bring my baby into this world after losing one so do not dare EVER criticise me.'

She later told her 47,000 followers: 'Guys getting a bit tired of nasty pieces of work on twitter. So sad they have to hide behind a computer! Questioning my dedication to polly!'

Polly, who arrived at 33 weeks, was fed through a tube when she was born and Kym says she wasn't making enough milk to breastfeed her.

'It just wasn't for me, unfortunately,' she explains. 'I couldn't be precious about doing it because her development is more important.'
