Michael Underwood and Angelica Bell married in New York

Michael Underwood and Angelica Bell are having their first child together.

The new arrival is due just in time for the couple's first wedding anniversary in December.

'Just to let you know @angellicabell and I are expecting our first baby!
Had the scan today and are all is well. We are so excited!' Michael, 35, Tweeted yesterday.

'It's just starting to sink in that I'm having a baby with
@angellicabell. Looking at the scan pic I'm feeling a bit emotional.
#gonnabeadad.'  

Angelica also Tweeted her joy at the news and is quickly noticing the physical effects of her pregnancy.

'The nausea comes and goes but I'll need help and ideas of where to get some cool maternity gear! My boobs and bottom have GROWN! #pregnancy,' Angelica, 35, wrote.

'@MikeyUnderwood and I have had soooooo many kind messages from you all today. It really means a lot. I'm trying not to cry but I'm hormonal!'
