Sam Faiers gives her tips on how to get the man you want this Valentine's Day

We all saw Sam Faiers out-fox both Lauren Goodger and Lucy Mecklenburgh to snag hottie Mark Wright on The Only Way Is Essex, so it's no wonder the pretty 20-year-old is brimming with confidence when it comes to winning a man.

Sam tells us she's ‘never had to ask a guy out', so who better to give us some exclusive seduction tips that are guaranteed to work this Valentine's Day?

Finding Your Man

Catch his eye

‘If you see a guy you like, catch his eye and give him your best smile.

'Then ignore him completely for the rest of the night so he thinks you're a challenge.'

Let him buy you a drink

‘Always say yes if he offers you a drink so that he knows you're interested, then order the most expensive drink you can.

'That way he'll realise you're not a pushover.'

Don't get drunk

‘If you're completely wasted he might think you're a nightmare - or worse, that you're more likely to sleep with him, which is probaby all he wants.'

The Date

Dress sexy, not slutty

‘Choose a dress or outfit that's sexy but doesn't give away too much.

'Decide whether to show off your legs OR your cleavage, but never both at the same time.

'Although I have been guilty of that - but I'm learning!'

Go somewhere you can talk

‘Whatever you do, don't go to the cinema! The best thing to do is go for dinner in a nice, buzzy restaurant and have a few drinks - not too many - or hit a bar with a good atmosphere.'

Flirt - but don't kiss

‘When you're talking, reach for your lip gloss and then apply it very seductively.

'It'll make him look at your lips and think about kissing you!

'But don't kiss him on the first date - leave him wanting more.'

Don't play games

‘If you like someone, you like someone, so if you want to text them just get on with it and text them.

'And don't let him play games either - if you've got a boy playing the ignorant act and ignoring your texts or calls, then just say to yourself: "Whatever, he's not worth it", and move on.'

‘I think the reason Mark and I got together at Christmas was because he'd had enough of Lauren and Lucy arguing and crying over him.

'I reckon he was thinking: "I can't deal with this any more," so he chose me - the fun, normal, non-arguing, non-crying girl.'

Keep things interesting

‘Men love sexy underwear, so invest in matching lingerie, a suspender belt, stockings... the works. Then surprise him with a present such as a driving day in a Ferrari.

'Or you could always get his initials vajazzled on your bikini line!'
